We want you to be completely satisfied with your Peruvian Connection purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
Pack Your Return
Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.
Complete the Form
Fill out the return/exchange section of the original packing slip included with your order and place it inside the package to ensure proper processing.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid SmartLabel included in your shipment to the outside of the box, or use your own preferred carrier to ship the package back to our warehouse.
Send and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized USPS or FedEx location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
